Overview
The Vermont Institute on the Caribbean has evolved from the work of the Vermont Institute on Cuba, which for many years has developed successful initiatives in support of the people of Cuba. VIC has collaborated with Cuban partners in the areas of education, historic preservation, medicine and public health, music and the arts. VIC is currently developing program initiatives in accordance with U.S.Commerce and State Department licenses for conducting activities in Cuba.
